General Info

Once you become an RRGC member, make sure to follow THESE steps to join the club on Practiscore to get your match discount.

Prerequisites for Participation

All shooters are required to have any of the following:

A current and valid USPSA or IDPA classification.
Completion of the RRGC Intro to Competition Class, or equivalent course.
Other verifiable ‘Action Shooting’ competition experience.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER SHOT A MATCH AT RICHMOND HOTSHOTS, YOU MUST MEET THE PREREQUISITES ABOVE AND SEND A VERIFICATION EMAIL TO USPSA@RICHMONDRODANDGUN.COM PRIOR TO THE MATCH OR YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO BEING WITHDRAWN AND/OR BEING BANNED FROM FUTURE MATCHES.

USPSA Practice

Practices consist of one static line bay and one practice stage bay. Practice sessions are typically on non-USPSA-match-day Saturdays (those Saturdays where there is NOT a USPSA match) from 9:30 AM - 1 PM, depending on schedule. Be sure to check the Range Schedule (the button at the top) before coming out for practice, to check availability! There are some weekends where the range is closed for major events.

Match Information

Saturday

Saturday match is available to stage builders and range staff. Match begins at 11am. Login to PractiScore to see match dates and to register for matches. Saturday squads WILL brass their final stage before leaving.

Sunday

Sunday match begins at 9am (pre-registration preferred and available until Friday 6pm). Sunday squads WILL brass and tear down stages before leaving.

Match Fees

If you sign up for a match and then later withdraw, there will be a $5 non-refundable administrative fee. If you do not withdraw by the Friday before the match and no-show, your match fee will be forfeit.
